Overview

LegalPicsApp is a software service for law firms and invited clients to collect photo-based case materials, organize metadata, review submissions, and generate formatted PDF packets. LegalPicsApp is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Accounts and roles

Access to LegalPicsApp is limited to authorized users. Law firm users manage organization and case activity, while invited clients receive limited access tied to the cases they are invited to participate in. Account holders are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity that occurs through their accounts.

User content and permissions

Users may upload image files and provide related metadata, including dates, descriptions, and tagged-person information. You retain your rights in the content you provide, but you grant LegalPicsApp a limited license to host, store, process, transform, and render that content as needed to operate the service, including generating previews, thumbnails, and PDF outputs.

You are responsible for ensuring that content submitted through the service is lawful and that you have any rights, permissions, or consents needed for upload, review, export, and sharing.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service for unlawful, infringing, malicious, exploitative, or abusive purposes, to bypass access controls, interfere with service operations, or use the service as a general-purpose storage or backup platform.

Billing

Paid plans may include recurring subscription charges, seat-based pricing, and case-related charges. Additional payment terms appear in the Billing Terms.

No legal advice or evidentiary guarantee

LegalPicsApp provides workflow and formatting tools only. It does not guarantee authenticity, completeness, chain of custody, evidentiary admissibility, filing sufficiency, or court acceptance of any content or PDF packet.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of LegalPicsApp for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed The greater of the fees paid by the organization to LegalPicsApp in the 12 months before the claim arose or $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento, California, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
