Billing and Subscription Terms

Last updated: March 26, 2026

These billing terms explain how subscription access, pricing, renewals, cancellation, and payment-related restrictions work for LegalPicsApp customers.

Plans and charges

LegalPicsApp may offer trial access, recurring subscription plans, usage-based charges, seat-based pricing, or other pricing components disclosed at the time of purchase. Your order, checkout flow, or pricing page controls if it conflicts with these general billing terms.

Subscriptions and renewals

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize us or our payment processor to charge the applicable fees using your selected payment method.

Usage-based pricing

Some plans may price based on team size, invited users, created cases, or other usage measures identified in your plan. You are responsible for the charges that result from activity within your account according to the pricing terms presented to you.

Cancellation and downgrades

You may cancel renewal for a paid subscription as permitted through the product or by contacting us. Unless otherwise required by law or stated in writing, downgrade or plan-change timing may take effect immediately or at the next renewal date.

Failed payments and restricted access

If payment cannot be collected or a subscription ends, we may suspend, limit, or place parts of the service into read-only mode until the billing issue is resolved. This may prevent new uploads, edits, invitations, or other account changes while still allowing limited access to existing records.

Taxes and refunds

Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscription fees and case-based charges are non-refundable except where required by law. Material pricing changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice. Billing questions should be directed to billing@legalpicsapp.com.
